BROWS
Your natural brow shape, skin tone and style guide every decision – ensuring brows that frame your face beautifully and feel authentically you.
BROW PROCEDURES
There are many different names for brow procedures like, ombre brows or nano brows, it all boils down to the same thing.
Important to know, I do not offer microblading anymore – it is a very invasive technique that can cause scarring and discoloration if it isn’t done correctly. With the oily skin types we have in South-Africa, I find that microblading done correctly doesn’t last very long and that is why I switched to the machine instead.
Hair Stroke Brows
A technique done using the permanent makeup machine, with strokes that look like little hairs. This can give a very fluffy brow -look. I do however recommend that you should have at least a little bit of brow hair to blend the strokes. Otherwise the strokes will clearly be seen and won’t necessarily look natural.
POWDERED BROWS
A technique done with shading. I love doing soft and airy brows, especially towards the front and the top of the brow. This means that it is not a solid, shaded and blocky look. Powdered brows are very versatile and can give a bold looking brow, or a soft and very natural looking brow.
COMBO BROWS
A combination of hair strokes and powdered brows. This technique can be used to get a very natural look as I can create more defined lines towards the tail of the brow, using shading and still a fluffier look at the front end of the brow, using strokes.
Choosing the right procedure
A few things I consider when choosing the right procedure for you:
- Personal preference.
- Your hair, your natural brow shape and facial symmetry.
- Facial features and skin tones.
- Personality, style and are you wearing makeup every day.
PLEASE NOTE
- Any procedure not initially done by me, will be charged as a new procedure.
- A yearly colour boost can be anytime between 10 to 18 months after your first appointment.
- If the colour has faded to such an extent that I have to pre-draw again, it will be charged as a new appointment
